Set up keyboard shortcuts

  1. Select Add or Remove Buttons from the down arrow on the right hand side of the toolbar.

  2. Select Customize.
  3. Click Keyboard from the Toolbars tab.

    The Customize Keyboard window appears.

  4. Select the required option from the Commands list.
  5. Select a shortcut from the Specify a Shortcut drop-down list.
  6. Click Assign.
  7. When you have finished setting up your shortcuts, click Close.
