Getting started with the Purchase Ledger

Before entering data in the Purchase Ledger you must perform the following tasks:

Update your foreign currencies and exchange rates.
Set up processing options and define the default settings.
Set up analysis codes.
Set up your supplier details.
Enter opening balances.

Once complete you can begin day-to-day processing in the Purchase Ledger.
