Saving and loading enquiries

You can save a stock or sales enquiry. Your enquiries are saved in an XMLExtensible Markup Language (XML) file format. Sage 200 can import and export data in the XML file format. format. You can then reload this file back into the Wholesale and Retail module.

Save an enquiryOpen this section

Open: Retail > Enquiries > Sales Enquiry (or Stock Enquiry).

  1. Make changes where necessary to the on-screen information.
  2. Click Save.

  3. Select a folder where you want to save the spreadsheet or PDF.

    By default the document is saved in the Attachments folder. If your Sage 200 Accounts has been installed using the default installation path, this folder is located in C:\Sage\.

  4. Enter the filename of the report in the File name box.
  5. Click Save.
Load an existing enquiryOpen this section

Open: Retail > Enquiries > Sales Enquiry (or Stock Enquiry).

  1. Click Open.
  2. Select an existing XML file from the list.
  3. Click Open.
