Delete archived stock history

If you have archived your stock transactions, you can permanently remove these transactions from the Sage 200 database.

Once you have removed your archived stock transactions, you cannot produce a retrospective stock valuation report for that date range.

To delete archived stock history

Open: Stock Control > Utilities > File Maintenance > Purge Archived Stock History.

1. Specify the age range of archived transactions to be removed in the Purge all transactions with a date up to box.
2. Click OK. All archived stock history transactions up to the date specified are removed from the database.
