Create a quotation

You can create a quotation for an existing customer account or for a prospective customer.

Enter the quotation details on the following tabs:

• Quotation details.

  Use this to enter the customer address details, and add goods, services and costs to the quotation.

• Delivery and invoicing.

  Enter the delivery address, invoice address, order discounts and analysis codes. If you are creating a quotation for an existing customer, the delivery and invoice address are taken from the customer's account.
