Licence

You must register Sage 200 before you can use it. Your licence defines your entitlement to use modules and number of users.

The screen shows:

Licensing File Information.

This is information about your licence, for example, the date when it was last downloaded sucessfully.

To download a new licence, click Download new licence.

If your server does not have an internet connection you can generate a licence file, by selecting Action > Generate Licence Request.

Offline activations provide a 30 day window in which to gain access to the online licence server. If access to the online licence server cannot be gained within 30 days, you will need to have a new offline activation generated every 30 days and the following message will appear: The Sage Licence will expire in 7 days because the entitlement server has been unavailable for 28 days.

Licensing Information.

This is information about your software version, the dates the licence is valid for, the number of users, CRM users and web users.

A web user has access to Sage 200 Self Service and can access workspaces, web timesheets and expenses and authorise purchase orders via a browser.
