If you are using Sage 200 Online, you use your Sage ID logon credentials to access Sage 200 System Administration (if your Sage ID is a member of the Administrators Group) and Sage 200 Online.
Your Sage ID credentials will have been set up when your user account was created, using Sage ERP Online Services.
When System Administration is opened for the first time, you will be logged on automatically. A Manage User Lists window appears so that you can verify your Sage 200 users.
If Sage 200 detects any background taskThese are long running processes, for example, creating and updating databases., either a task started by another user and currently running, or a task that was set off in the past that has failed, you will see the following message:
Unless you know you are the only user, running Sage 200 at the present time, we recommend that you click No. This will prevent you interfering with their tasks.
When you know that no other Sage 200 user is performing a background task currently, you can select the link to Clean up background tasks from the Sage 200 System Administration information page.
