Card descriptions are created when you accept online payment from a customer. This tab is only relevant if you receive online payments from customers, and are amending the customer account.
Only the reference that allows you to use the card is held in Sage 200 Accounts. The card details are held by the online payment service provider.
Open: Sales Ledger > Sales Accounts > Amend Account Details.
The date is updated automatically when new receipts are recorded against the card.
Open: Sales Ledger > Sales Accounts > Amend Account Details.
If you delete the last customer card reference from the account, the Cards tab is no longer available for the customer account.
