Enter or amend customer account
Before you begin
You must have:
- Entered sales ledger settings.
- Ensured the customer account is not on hold, if you want to amend the account.
Open: Sales Ledger > Sales Accounts > Enter New Account.
Open: Sales Ledger > Sales Accounts > Amend Account Details.
- Select existing customer account reference.
- Enter the customer details on the relevant tab:
- Company.
- Contacts.
- Trading.
- Payment.
- Credit.
- Documents.
- Attachments.
- Memo.
- To save the account, click Save.
