Viewing subcontracting operations

(Batch Works Orders Only)

By default, when you choose Works Orders from the Navigation Bar, the Outstanding Works Orders List is displayed. You can change to the Subcontracting List to view the subcontract operationsWork tasks that are subcontracted to external organisations or to other internal departments within the organisation. for all of the live works orders.

To view subcontracting operations

Open: Works Orders > Subcontracting > Subcontracting List.

• Select the option that you require from the icons at the top of the Subcontracting List or from the Navigation Bar.
• Record.
• Raise Purchase Orders.
• Despatch.
• Print Advice Note.
